Terms and condition:

PICO Medical Laboratory – Health Check Up

– Client must make an appointment through WhatsApp or by phone at 6971 1927 before examination.

– Client must provide identity card & membership identification on the appointment day.

– After the examination, the report usually takes about 3-7 working days (Working days excluded Sundays & Public holidays)

– Health Check Up are not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays.

– Health Check Up (Grade A – F) have included once in doctor consultation by Phone, other methods may require further charges. (The time-frame might varied depend on the individual test which has taken or specific time-slot requested by the client).

– Health Check Up (Grade A – H) must require fasting for Not less than 8 hours.

– All pending sample must be returned within a week, over due sample will be invalid.

– Any changes will not be further notices.

– In case of disputes, PICO Medical Laboratory shall held the final decision.
