1.The above offer (“The offer”) is applicable to the designated Bowtie policy (“Eligible Policy”), successfully enrolled from 13 Apr 2023 to 30 June 2023, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.An Eligible Policy must fulfil the following conditions in order to enjoy the above offer.
a.The Eligible Policy is successfully enrolled by eligible 24/7 FITNESS user during the Promotion Period;
b.The insured person has never held the policy of the same Bowtie insurance product nor been an insured person under the same Bowtie insurance product when purchasing the new policy;
c.The policy is applied by using the promotion code “MEMBER247”;
3.In case of any delay in submission, loss, of the information sent by participants insured person due to any computer or network issues, Bowtie shall assume no liability in respect thereof. In the event of dispute, the decision of Bowtie shall be final.
4.Bowtie reserves the right to modify, this Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Bowtie reserves the right of final decision.
