For members unable to access our facilities due to the new vaccine bubble policy

For members unable to access our facilities due to the new vaccine bubble policy:

If the contract period has lapsed, membership suspension can be applied for free at our branches and the membership will be automatically resumed after the current vaccine policy is lifted.

If the membership is still within the contract period, one can apply for special arrangements to suspend access at our branch. During such period, monthly fee has to be paid according to the contract signed until the contract period ends. After the policy is lifted, the suspended period will be make up accordingly.

Members can inquire about membership arrangements with our branches directly and we will try our best to provide assistance.
