When is 24/7 Fitness open?

24/7 Fitness is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no closed days throughout the year. We maintain normal 24-hour operation even during public holidays and adverse weather warnings. Please pay attention to our official announcements.

Does 24/7 Fitness provide towels?

For personal hygiene reasons, we do not provide towels. Please bring your own towel if you need to use the shower facilities. We provide complimentary shampoo, body wash and hair dryers for your convenience.

Does 24/7 Fitness provide lockers?

We provide lockers for you to store your valuables.

Are there personal trainers at the club to help me achieve my fitness goals?

We offer personal training sessions for members (additional fees apply). Our professional personal trainers will conduct a personalized fitness assessment for you, then design and guide you on the correct fitness concepts and movements based on your physical fitness, health condition and goals, helping you achieve the optimal fitness results. Personal training services are only available during staffed hours.

Is it safe to work out at the club at night regarding security?

Our club is equipped with a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, facial recognition and anti-tailgating access control security systems, which operate 24 hours a day to ensure member safety. Our club managers review the CCTV footage daily to prevent non-members from entering the club premises. If a member is found violating the club rules, we reserve the right to terminate their membership immediately or impose a fine on the member. In addition, emergency alarm panels and safety guidelines are installed on-site for members to seek help in case of an emergency, further ensuring all members' safety.
