Membership Terms and Conditions
Members confirm that to protect the safety and rights of its members, 24/7 Fitness will operate according to its established rules and regulations, and agree to comply with these rules and regulations, as well as rules and regulations that 24/7 Fitness may formulate and publish from time to time. These rules and regulations will be incorporated into this agreement by reference from time to time. 24/7 Fitness reserves the sole and absolute discretion to adjust facilities, equipment, business hours, services, regulations and policies from time to time without prior notice. Members need to agree to accept such reasonable changes as one of the regulations for using the membership.
Member Notice
1. Under no circumstances may members move fitness equipment or use equipment in a manner not permitted by 24/7 Fitness;
2. Members are required to wipe down all used equipment with tools provided by 24/7 Fitness after each use;
3. This membership is for the member's use only and cannot be used by others. If a member is found to violate this rule, 24/7 Fitness has the right to immediately terminate the membership and charge the member a penalty equal to one month's membership fee on the current applicable fee schedule (whichever is higher);
4. Members may not misuse equipment and should only use equipment according to the rules displayed in the facility.
5. Members must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise permitted by 24/7 Fitness.
6. Members should conduct activities in a quiet and well-mannered manner, minimizing disturbances that affect other members' use of the facilities. Any profane, obscene language and/or behavior will not be tolerated. Any behavior that 24/7 Fitness considers, at its sole discretion, to be offensive, potentially harmful, dangerous, or abusive to others will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the member's membership;
7. 24/7 Fitness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items;
8. Members should not occupy equipment for extended periods and should allow others waiting to use equipment to take turns; The indoor environment of the facility is controlled by 24/7 Fitness to ensure that most members can conduct activities in the most suitable environment. Members should not adjust or request adjustment of any indoor environmental controls, and should not open any doors or windows in the facility for any reason.
Alcohol consumption, drug use (including steroids), and smoking are strictly prohibited in the facility. Members agree not to use the facility or participate in any 24/7 Fitness activities under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications that affect the member's ability to operate equipment. Use of weapons of any type is strictly prohibited. Photography, videography, filming, or audio recording within the facility is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from 24/7 Fitness management. 24/7 Fitness reserves the right to regulate the consumption of food or beverages or use of external equipment within the facility at its sole discretion. Gambling or gaming is strictly prohibited within the facility premises or center.
24/7 Fitness requires members to wear appropriate clothing and footwear in the facility. Appropriate clothing includes fitness shorts, T-shirts, running attire, stretching attire, and athletic wear. Street clothes and jeans are not considered appropriate clothing. Street clothes and dress shoes are strictly prohibited in the facility. Members agree to bring their own towels during exercise for protection and cleaning after using equipment.
24/7 Fitness may update its facility usage policies and rules from time to time. If any such updates occur, notices will be displayed on its website to inform members of significant changes to relevant usage policies and rules.
Members agree and acknowledge that their own problems, difficulties and/or loss of capacity may hinder their full use and/or enjoyment of facilities and/or services provided by 24/7 Fitness under this agreement, and members remain responsible for paying in full all membership and other related fees under this agreement. Under no circumstances will 24/7 Fitness refund any fees already paid by members under this agreement.
Suspension or Termination of Membership:
I, the undersigned, now agree and acknowledge that 24/7 Fitness may exercise its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or terminate my membership at any time if the member fails to pay membership fees or violates any rules and regulations established by 24/7 Fitness. If 24/7 Fitness suspends or terminates the membership under this clause, it will no longer be obligated to comply with the terms of this agreement.
I, the undersigned, clearly understand that I may terminate the contract at any time during the contract period after paying a contract termination fee of HKD$1,500 / MOP 1,600. The termination of the contract may take effect immediately at the sole and absolute discretion of 24/7 Fitness. I will not need to pay fees for subsequent months, and 24/7 Fitness will no longer be obligated to comply with the terms of this agreement.
I, the undersigned, clearly understand that I may apply to suspend my membership under the terms of this contract. After written application of no less than 30 days, I need to continue paying monthly fees during the contract period and pay a monthly suspension fee of HKD$150 / MOP 180. I can continue to use the free months after the contract expires. Membership suspension must be for at least one complete calendar month, from the first day to the last day of each month. Within the same year, a maximum of three months can be suspended. Membership suspension may take effect immediately at the sole and absolute discretion of 24/7 Fitness. During the suspension period, members may not enter or use any facilities and/or services provided by 24/7 Fitness.
Without prior consent from 24/7 Fitness, members may not provide paid or unpaid personal training/private technical instruction to other members on the premises.
