Please submit your franchise application only through the official 24/7 FITNESS website. We have not authorised any other franchise websites or agencies to handle applications on our behalf. Please do not provide your information through any other channels. Applicants must ensure that all information submitted is true and accurate, and consent to our verification of such information. We reserve the right to provide applicant information to authorised verification agencies for validation purposes. We will conduct a comprehensive assessment of each applicant and reserve the right to terminate the application process at any stage. Applicants must comply with all applicable laws and our internal policies; any breach may result in immediate termination of the application, and we reserve the right to pursue further action if necessary. Even after the franchise has been granted, we reserve the right to revoke the franchise status or terminate the agreement.

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), the personal data collected from you will be used solely for internal purposes and will only be accessible to authorised personnel. You are not obliged to provide such data; choosing not to do so will not result in any legal consequences. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data.
